Small pets (under 10 lbs) are allowed with pet fee and minor rent increase.

No smoking on properties.

Landlord provides lawn care at duplexes – tenant is responsible at single family houses.

All properties have central air / heat, stove & dishwasher, washer / dryer connections – refrigerator also furnished at duplexes.

No government housing (section 8).  Applicant(s) must have stable work (if not retired) and resident history, proof of income, good credit, no criminal record.
